program addresses the health and welfare of men by empowering men to
make healthy choices and to establish strong support networks. It is
designed to enable men to build and nurture positive self-esteem
thereby improving their personal relationships.

 | Caught In the Middle (CIM)
Separation or divorce leaves children
feeling confused, scared, angry and struggling with loyalties. This
program works with both the children and the parent(s) to make this
painful experience more bearable and workable for everyone. It is not
about the parents’ relationship, it focuses on identifying the best
interest of the child and how that can be addressed by the parents. Group runs for 6 weeks.

Our counselor offers more information and education, individually and
in a group format, to children who have experienced conflict in their
families, they may have been direct or indirect victims. Even when
children are the indirect victims of abuse, it can have a negative
