bullet  This course is a 9-week parenting course focused on children ages 7-12. It deals with improving parent-child relationships through understanding, encouragement, listening and discipline that makes sense.  ADMIN. FEE.

bulletAssertiveness Training For Women                                       Target group is women who have fear of being assertive, those unable to express assertion and those who would like to brush up on their assertiveness skills.

The target group is women 18 years and over who have fear of their anger, those unable to express or even experience anger, and those who express anger in negative and destructive ways.

bulletMen's Support Circle                                                 Preventative in nature, this program addresses the health and welfare of men by empowering men to make healthy choices and to establish strong support networks. It is designed to enable men to build and nurture positive self-esteem thereby improving their personal relationships.   ADMIN. FEE.

bulletCaught In the Middle (CIM)                                        Separation or divorce leaves children feeling confused, scared, angry and struggling with loyalties. This program works with both the children and the parent(s) to make this painful experience more bearable and workable for everyone. It is not about the parents’ relationship, it focuses on identifying the best interest of the child and how that can be addressed by the parents.  Group runs for 6 weeks. ADMIN. FEE.

bulletChildren Who Witness Abuse (CWWA)                                 Our counselor offers more information and education, individually and in a group format, to children who have experienced conflict in their families, they may have been direct or indirect victims. Even when children are the indirect victims of abuse, it can have a negative impact on their lives.

bulletfor couples parenting a step family.  This group explores pitfalls and potentials of blended families. Help your children & stepchildren adjust to new members, situations, sharing a parent, their space and many more challenges.
