or reconciliation.
When you have tried to resolve a conflict and feel that you are
not being listened to, and both parties agree that they would like to resolve
the issue(s) that's when mediation will meet your needs.

The Mediator:
Is responsible for creating and maintaining an atmosphere that
fosters mutual problem solving.
