- To provide support services including, but not limited to: counselling, advocacy, crisis intervention and therapy.
- To educate the public about abuse against women and children and to promote greater understanding for the victims.
- To provide victims of abuse with unbiased information and options on courses of action.
- To initiate abuse prevention programs.
