Below are some of our favorite websites that provide information on families, couples, and parenting. This is a site created by researchers who primarily work with fathers.  Great ideas on ways for fathers to interact with their children between the ages of newborns to late teens.

The Tale of Two Brains  Without a doubt, the funniest and best descriptor of the difference between male and female brains.  This 10 minute YouTube video is by a man named Mark Gungor who used to be a pastor, and has learned a lot about men and women in his pastoral service.  The FIRA is one of the leading organizations in Canada in the area of research for fathers of various backgrounds.  They conduct research on immigrant, gay / bi / queer, divorced and separated, new, indigenous, young, and fathers of children with special needs.  Articles, links, and leading edge research.  This is a site created by Dr. John Gottman who’s research  we base our workshop “Handling Conflict” on.  Great resources and ideas for couples.  A great site from the magazine by the same name.  There are articles, ideas, tips, and contests for parents of children of all ages.
